II. The Consecutive Record

Fourteen consecutive editorial seasons — kept without interruption, and ordered here as they were printed.

  1. I.

    Vogue

The House of Ricci · Inaugural Editorial

A twelve-page portfolio documenting the atelier's first runway presentation; photographed at the Manhattan studio by Annie Leibovitz. The opening chapter of the consecutive record.

  2. II.

    Harper's Bazaar

    The Trousseau Question

A long-form essay on the return of multi-gown trousseaus, anchored by Celine Ricci's complimentary second-gown fitting program — a service introduced to New York the same year.

  3. III.

    W Magazine

    The Single Thread

A profile on the atelier's hand-tacked bodices — the only New York house still finishing each bodice with a single thread of silk floss, a technique abandoned by ninety-nine per cent of designers after 1985.

  4. IV.

    Vogue

    The Carbon-Negative Atelier

An industry report naming Celine Ricci the first carbon-negative atelier in New York — all silk, wool, and lace sourced from a single Tuscan mill running on geothermal power.

…continued through Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and W Magazine to the fourteenth consecutive season, 2024 — full index on request.

III. Plate

Six covers, drawn from thirty-eight international features between 2020 and 2024.

Covers are reproduced here as a single filmstrip — the visual counterweight to the chaptered index above, and the only image-heavy moment on the page.

Vogue Spring 2020 cover — inaugural editorial.
№ 01Vogue · Spring 2020
Vogue Bridal 2021 cover — the trousseau essay.
№ 02Vogue Bridal · 2021
Vogue Autumn 2022 cover — red-carpet portfolio.
№ 03Vogue · Autumn 2022
Vogue Spring 2024 cover — the carbon-negative atelier.
№ 04Vogue · Spring 2024

Covers № 05 and № 06 appear in Harper's Bazaar, Autumn 2023, and W Magazine, Spring 2024 — the closing chapters of the consecutive record.

IV. The Salon

"The salon is not a client showing. It is a working press room — eighty editors and stylists, one collection, no cameras running longer than the lights allow."

Celine RicciFounder, on the House of Ricci Salon · Paris Couture Week

The annual House of Ricci private salon convenes during Paris Couture Week for a single working session — attended by eighty editors and stylists, and held without amplification of press assets outside the room.

V. The Royal Commission

The 2023 Royal Wedding of Almaty — eleven ceremonial looks, finished by a single master seamstress from first toile to final pressing.

In the spring of 2023, Atelier Celine Ricci was commissioned to dress the Royal Wedding of Almaty — eleven ceremonial looks across the bride, the bridal party, and the formal state portraiture. The wardrobe was completed in the Manhattan atelier over fourteen months, hand-beaded by the seven-person embroidery studio including two Lalique-trained crystal workers, and flown under the atelier's lifetime alteration guarantee, which has since been honoured at the flagship partner in Dubai.

— Recorded in the house ledger, Spring 2023.
