I.———The Atelier Correspondence

Reserve an
Atelier Appointment

A commissioning letter, not a booking form. The page below begins a private correspondence between you and our concierge. Take the time you need; we ask only that you read the four notes beside the letter before writing. Every enquiry is read by Celine herself, replied to within three working days, and held in the strictest confidence.

II.

Before You Write

Four facts every commissioning client is asked to consider. We publish them in advance so the first letter we exchange may be substantive, not procedural.

01

Eleven Months

The average lead time, from the first muslin to final hand-finishing. We do not commission gowns in under six months, and we do not rush the silhouette once it is set.

02

Fewer Than Eighty

We accept fewer than eighty commissions a year. In 2024, sixty-three per cent of our commissions sold out before the third fitting.

03

One Seamstress

Every garment is hand-cut, hand-beaded and finished by a single master seamstress. She will know your gown — and you — for the entire commission.

04

Three Working Days

Every letter is read by Celine and replied to within three working days. If we cannot accept your commission, you will hear that clearly and promptly.

III.

A Letter to the Concierge

Four fields, no calendar, no pricing prompt. Write what you wish; we will reply with the questions the gown asks of you.

By writing, you consent to the atelier holding your enquiry in confidence.

"Once we accept your commission, we remain your atelier for life. Every gown carries our lifetime alteration guarantee, honoured across our flagship partners in Paris, Milan and Dubai. And from the day we say yes, the second gown — your trousseau piece — is fitted without fee. This is not a transaction. It is the beginning of a wardrobe."
